*Definition of Active Client for 3 Months: For monthly subscriptions, the recipients become eligible for reward after referee makes 3 consecutive monthly payments. Rewards will be paid upon successful clearing of 3rd monthly payment. For quarterly subscriptions, rewards will be distributed upon conclusion of first quarterly period, provided the referee does not cancel within this time period. For yearly subscriptions, rewards will be distributed upon conclusion of first 90 days of subscription, provided the referee does not cancel within this time period.
